We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations across multiple industries. This role requires deep functional expertise, client-facing confidence, and the ability to take complete ownership of implementations from discovery to rollout.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment

Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to Odoo modules

Deliver confident user demos and training sessions (remote and on-site)

Support clients during system rollout, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization

Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration

Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and implementation reports

Travel nationwide as required for client engagements
Requirements

Odoo 18/19 Functional Implementation certification is mandatory

Proven experience leading multiple Odoo ERP implementations

Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects

Additional Odoo certifications are a strong plus
