Project Overview
White Oak Station needed a more efficient way to manage audits across locations without relying on paper forms, manual documentation, and administrative follow-ups. Centangle designed and developed a mobile audit application that brought audit creation, field data capture, evidence collection, task assignment, audit visibility, and reporting into one structured digital workflow.

The Mandate
The requirement was to replace paper-based inspections with a mobile-first platform that could support structured audit forms, online and offline data capture, photos, explanations, signatures, location details, audit records, corrective task assignment, and automatic report configuration while reducing administrative effort for field teams and managers.
