Time-Constrained Delivery
The team needed to develop the user flow, identity, and app interface within a very short project timeline.
ESAAR
A digital charity platform designed to make giving, support requests, volunteer participation, and nonprofit engagement simpler, faster, and more accessible.

Project Overview
ESAAR was designed to make charitable giving more accessible by connecting the public with nonprofit organisations through one web and mobile platform. The app created a simpler way for users to choose a charity, donate items or funds, request support, and participate in volunteer activity. Centangle developed the platform experience around ease, clarity, and trust. The work covered digital identity, web presence, mobile application design, user flows, and supporting visual communication so the charity experience could feel simple, human, and easy to use.

The Mandate
The requirement was to create a digital platform that could support donation, request, volunteer, and organisation-related workflows through a simple app experience. ESAAR needed an identity and interface that could make giving feel approachable while helping users move through key actions with minimal friction. The platform needed to support the emotional nature of charitable giving while keeping the product flow practical. Users had to understand where to donate, how to request support, how volunteer tasks worked, and how nonprofit organisations could fit into the broader platform ecosystem.
The Environment
Donation platforms need to feel trustworthy, easy to understand, and fast to use. If the flow feels complicated, users may hesitate before completing a donation or request. ESAAR needed a digital experience that reduced confusion and helped users take action quickly. The platform also needed to work for multiple user groups, including donors, support seekers, volunteers, and organisations. This required a clear structure where different actions could sit together without making the experience feel crowded or difficult to navigate.
Our Role
Centangle worked on ESAAR’s digital identity, website, mobile application experience, and supporting visual assets. The project focused on shaping the user flow, designing key screens, developing the web presence, and creating a visual direction that made the platform feel simple, warm, and accessible. The work helped translate ESAAR’s giving concept into a structured digital product where users could donate, request help, volunteer, and interact with charitable organisations through one connected experience.
The Challenge
The core challenge was to create a platform that could bring donors, requesters, volunteers, and nonprofit organisations into one experience without making the journey feel overwhelming. Giving needed to feel easy, clear, and emotionally aligned with the purpose of the platform.
The project also had to be delivered under a tight timeline, which made clarity of flow, identity direction, and interface decisions especially important. The challenge was to create a complete digital direction quickly while keeping the experience simple enough for everyday users.

The ESAAR project was delivered through a focused process that covered product understanding, identity direction, user flow planning, mobile app UI, website development, and supporting visual communication.
PHASE ONE
Understanding ESAAR’s purpose, target users, charity workflows, donation needs, request journeys, and social impact goals.
PHASE TWO
Structuring how donors, requesters, volunteers, and organisations would move through the app experience.
PHASE THREE
Creating the visual identity, app interface direction, colours, icons, illustrations, fonts, and mobile screen designs.
PHASE FOUR

ESAAR helped turn a charitable giving concept into a structured web and mobile experience. The platform brought donation, request, volunteer, organisation, and web presence needs into one connected digital product. By combining identity, mobile app UI, website development, and supporting visual communication, the project created a clearer foundation for digital giving and social impact engagement.
