Project Overview
Refinery turnarounds involve high-pressure planning, coordination, cost control, resource movement, and material availability across multiple teams. EZTRAK was designed as an enterprise web platform to help refinery teams manage these complex workflows through one structured digital environment, making planning, tracking, and operational decision-making easier to manage.

The Mandate
The requirement was to design an enterprise web solution that could support refinery turnaround planning, cost monitoring, material management, dashboards, and admin-level control. The platform needed to make complex industrial workflows easier to understand while giving teams a practical way to view operational progress, manage resources, and track key turnaround activities.
The Environment
Refinery turnaround operations are time-sensitive and resource-heavy, requiring clear visibility across work plans, materials, budgets, and operational updates. When these workflows are managed through scattered tools or manual tracking, teams can lose visibility into costs, material readiness, and task movement. EZTRAK needed to bring these operational layers into a cleaner digital platform that could support better planning and control.
