Following modules were proposed and implemented to cater all the laboratory requirements.

  • Core Module with all basic features from patient registration to report status, installed in Lab’s head quarters.
  • Workflow management Module integrates the ordering, scheduling, processing, and result reporting activities associated.
  • Online Reporting Module to generate a web based report which can be delivered online to patient and consultants.
  • SMS & Email Integration to send automated messages to client when reports are ready.
  • Basic Accounting Module to calculate profit and loss.

ABOUT

A Sialkot based diagnostic lab setup with multiple outlets wanted to digitize their day to day processes. They also wanted a channel to improve communication with clients. We proposed a web-based application which covers patient registration, result, and reports automation, along with SMS integration to bridge the communication gap between the client and the labs.
