Transforming Infrastructure Planning: Launch of the PIM Portal for KP Government

We are excited to announce the successful development and launch of a Project Information Management (PIM) portal tool for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government. At Centangle Interactive, we’re proud to contribute to modernizing and streamlining infrastructure planning processes.

Simplifying PC-1 Document Generation

Traditionally, generating PC-1 documents for small infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, and culverts was a manual, time-consuming process. This often led to inefficiencies and a higher risk of human error. However, with the support of Adam Smith International under the FCDO-funded Sustainable Energy & Economic Development (SEED) Programme, we have revolutionized this process for the KP Communication & Works (C&W) Department.

The new PIM portal enables:

• Automated PC-1 Document Creation: Generating comprehensive PC-1 documents with just a few clicks.
• Inclusion of BoQs and Estimates: Seamlessly integrating Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and detailed project cost estimates.
• Improved Accuracy and Efficiency: Reducing the potential for human errors while saving valuable time.

Celebrating Success at the Launch Ceremony

The launch of the PIM portal was marked by a memorable ceremony, inaugurated by the Honorable Secretary of the KP C&W Department. It was a proud moment to see our efforts come to fruition and witness firsthand the impact this tool will have on the department’s operations.

What’s Next: AI-Based RAMS System

Looking ahead, under the same initiative, Centangle Interactive is developing a state-of-the-art, AI-powered Road Asset Management System (RAMS) for the KP C&W Department. This system will further enhance infrastructure management, ensuring smarter resource allocation and better decision-making.
